This crown jewel of Blackstone’s Modular Outdoor Kitchen Collection features a 50” cabinet base with a 36” Drop-in Griddle. Equipped with our innovative Front Access Rear Grease, which combines everything you love about our Rear Grease Management system with the convenience of front access. The cabinet base offers plenty of storage for an avid griddler, including propane storage and 3 drawers equipped with soft close slides. Made of Galvanneal, this unit is rust resistant and weather resistant. Designed to be easy to move with 4 caster wheels, simply lower the leveling feet to transform this unit into a stable cooking space.
