Directions:
- Wipe Down Surface
- Preheat Griddle or Cast Iron
- Scoop Griddle Seasoning and Apply to the Surface
- Spread Griddle Seasoning Evenly
- Let the Seasoning Burn (Smoke) Off
- Repeat Steps 3-5 (Minimum of 3 Times)
- Start Cooking!
- To Maintain Seasoning, Apply a Thin Layer After Each Use or After Cleaning
