Description
The newest generation of Blackstone Griddles harnesses elevated design and new technology. The 36” Griddle Drop-In with Hood and Insulating Jacket features flashing LED lights on the knob indicate ignition and flame status. This griddle also features puddle lighting, which can be turned on or off and the intensity can be controlled with a potentiometer knob. This griddle is equipped with Blackstone’s brand new, innovative Front Access Rear Grease; allowing the user to access the rear grease cup from the front of the griddle. With options to use this griddle as a standalone countertop appliance or to be used as a built-in griddle you’ll be able to create your own customized cooking space. The included insulator jacket allows the unit to be installed in any environment. It’s everything you love about a Blackstone Griddle in a new, innovative format.
